Every team member goes through thorough screening before entering any property. Police checks and reference checks are standard. For non New Zealand citizens we also verify a valid work visa, giving you complete peace of mind about who is entering your property.

Yes. We offer hotel grade linen and towels as part of our service: fresh, professionally laundered, and presented to a standard your guests will notice. No more worrying about laundry between stays.

We believe in honest, transparent pricing. Rather than a flat rate that may not reflect the actual work involved, we charge based on real hours worked, nothing more, nothing less. You'll receive photos before and after every clean so you always know exactly what's been done.

We do. From welcome packs and fresh flowers for arriving guests to coordinating maintenance when something needs attention, we've got it covered. Many of our clients are based outside Auckland and rely on us to manage everything on the ground. All they have to focus on is communicating with their guests.

We don't provide full Airbnb management, and that's intentional. We work with a number of property managers as B2B clients and take our commitment to not competing with them seriously. If you're looking for a management solution, we're happy to point you in the right direction.

Yes. Because we send photo reports before and after every clean, you have a clear record of your property's condition at each turnover. We can assist with supporting evidence if you ever need to raise a resolution request through Airbnb.
